To be eligible for a return of a product fulfilled by Medicus Holistic Alternatives LLC, new, unused, unopened bottle(s) in original packaging with the seal intact must be returned along with your receipt of proof of purchase and original invoice within 14 days of the post date of your proof of purchase in order to receive a full refund, less discounts, shipping & handling costs. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. This does not include the amount of time required to ship the product back to us.
Items that are Not Returnable
Medicus Holistic Alternatives does not accept returns for the following:
- Opened product
- Product with broken seals
- Product damaged by customer
- Product purchased from sellers other than Medicus Holistic Alternatives
- Product not returned in the condition it was received
- Product without original invoice and proof of purchase
- Product sold 14 days after purchase date

Refunds (if applicable)
Packages that have been shipped and refused will not be issued a refund.
If USPS has marked your shipment has been “Delivered” it is not our liability and no refund will be given. Please contact your local USPS office
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and us), therefore, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES FOR DAMAGE. If it’s not reported at time of delivery it makes it difficult to prove otherwise
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for products you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. Since the USPS can not guarantee return of items without a tracking code we can only except returns that have these codes. You may wish to purchase shipping insurance to protect yourself in the event that we do not receive your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
If you need to cancel your order you must send an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE your order ships. Please reference your order number in your message.
*Once a package has been dropped off to USPS we no longer can cancel said order.
*Buyers wanting to cancel their order prior to shipment for ANY reason are responsible for a $4.50 cancellation fee
