Typically all domestic orders are shipped on the next business day after they are placed if not sooner. For domestic orders we provide FREE shipping and send your order by USPS First Class. Shipping can usually take 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email from us with tracking notification by 6PM EST on the day your order is shipped. We ship Monday through Friday from Fort Lauderdale, FL and we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any USPS holiday. Orders placed after 12PM on Fridays or on Saturday – Sunday will ship Monday. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For information, please contact your local customs authority and review our Shipping Policy.

All domestic orders receive FREE SHIPPING and are sent USPS First Class Mail unless you specifically request and pay an additional fee of $24.95 for Shipping USPS Express Mail. 2nd Day Shipping orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All orders are shipped by USPS and please remember that the USPS 2nd Day Shipping does not mean “overnight” and does NOT guarantee delivery times. It may take 1-3 full business days. We are NOT the USPS therefore we can’t promise anything other than that this is the fastest way to receive your order. Once your order is shipped we have ZERO control over how long it takes the USPS to deliver your product.

Unfortunately no we can not. Nothing personal but if USPS has marked your shipment has been “Delivered” it is not our liability. Please contact your local USPS office.

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and package. We will then issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and us), therefore, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES FOR DAMAGE. If it’s not reported at time of delivery it makes it difficult to prove otherwise

Your product will be mailed in a simple, non descript package to help protect your privacy. Medicus Holistic Alternatives LLC will be the name that appears as the sender. What you order is your business and no one else’s. You can rest assured the your order will arrive safe, secure and confidential.

To be eligible to return a product sold and fulfilled by our company – new, unused, unopened bottles, in original packing, with the seal intact must be returned along with receipt of proof of purchase and the original invoice within 14 days. We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Your call is very important to us. Telephone customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday from 9PM – 5PM EST. Telephone customer service is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays. We apologize but we do NOT accept checks or money orders. ALL orders must be placed ONLINE using a credit card you have authorization to use.

If you can’t get through to customer service immediately it means we are busy servicing another client. ALL calls and emails placed from Monday – Friday will be answered with 24 hours. ALL calls and emails placed on Saturday or Sunday will be answered on Monday. We are closed on Federal Holidays and will respond to your questions the next Business Day.

Unfortunately no. We are not responsible if the mistake was made by you. Please check your order before placing it and your invoice after receiving it. We do not resell products that have already been shipped to a customer so you can be sure that you will never receive a product that has been in someone else’s possession.

We have a strict order fulfillment process. Every order is checked by 3 different departments so it is highly unlikely that you did not receive what you ordered. In the unlikely event that you did happen to receive a product you did not order our inventory control will verify this and we will correct mistakes that we have made.

There are several reasons why we may be unable to accept your credit card order. BEFORE contacting us please check to see if (1) your credit card has expired or you credit balance is over your limit. (2) If you had difficulty when trying to place your order and tried to do so more than 2 times your credit card company may automatically “lock you out” and not allow you to place another order for 24 hours.

All our products are standardized and manufactured in an FDA registered laboratory under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality standards. This manufacturing process ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. Your personal choice may change but our product never will. We do not offer refunds for these reasons.

If you need to cancel your order you MUST send an email to us at:  BEFORE your order is shipped. Please include your name, address, telephone number, method of payment and your order number. We can not guarantee that your order can be canceled once it has been placed. If your order has been shipped we can not cancel your order.
