Shipping & Handling

NatraMedicus ships Domestically to ALL 50 States, Canada, UK and other International locations.

All Domestic orders receive FREE SHIPPING and are sent USPS First Class Mail.

All Domestic orders that specifically request 2nd Day Shipping will be charged a fee of $24.95. 2nd Day Shipping are sent USPS Express Mail.

2nd Day Shipping orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All orders are shipped by USPS and please remember that the USPS 2nd Day Shipping does not mean “overnight” and does NOT guarantee delivery times. It may take 1-3 full business days. We are NOT the USPS therefore we can’t promise anything other than that this is the fastest way to receive your order. Once your order is shipped we have no control over how long it takes the USPS to deliver your product.

How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

Typically all orders are shipped on the next business day after they are placed if not sooner. We provide FREE shipping for Domestic orders and send your order by USPS First Class Mail.  Shipping can usually take 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email from us with tracking notification by 6PM EST on the day your order is shipped. If you have not yet received a tracking number it means that your package has not yet officially shipped. No changes can be made to an order after a tracking number has been issued. Receiving a tracking number means that we are no longer in physical possession of the package. We ship Monday through Friday from Fort Lauderdale, FL and we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any USPS holiday. Orders placed after 12PM on Fridays or on Saturday – Sunday will ship Monday.

**Please note, unfortunately, we are not able to see any more details regarding a package in transit than what is publicly available on the USPS website. Further assistance can be obtained by contacting USPS directly, or by contacting your local Post Office. Your local Post Office can put a “trace” on any package that may have gone missing.**

Can I refuse my order once it has been shipped?

Packages that have been shipped and refused will not be issued a refund. For more information visit our Refund and Return Policy.

I never received my shipment but USPS that it was delivered? Can you send me a replacement?

Unfortunately no we can not. Nothing personal but if USPS has marked your shipment has been “Delivered” it is not our liability. Please contact your local USPS office.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and package. We will then issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and us), therefore, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES FOR DAMAGE. If it’s not reported at time of delivery it makes it difficult to prove otherwise.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

How can I be sure my product is not easily identified when shipped?

Your product will be mailed in a simple, non descript package to help protect your privacy. Medicus Holistic Alternatives/Sunsphere Solutions LLC will be the name that appears as the sender. What you order is your business and no one else’s. You can rest assured the your order will arrive safe, secure and confidential.

International Orders:

NatraMedicus ships merchandise to Canada, UK and other International locations.

  • Canada – $22.00 USD
  • UK – $30.00 USD
  • International – $30.00 USD

For International deliveries please allow approximately 5-7 working days from time of dispatch. Additional delays may occur due to heavy load on postal services and customs.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. Charges for customs and import duties vary from country to country. For additional information please contact your local customs authority.

NatraMedicus is not responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. Additionally, Medicus Holistic Alternatives LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please contact your local customs authority for further details.
